Ball-bearings coated with a viscous substance e.g. grease are introduced into a manually compressible plastics container, from which they can be disposed singly through an outlet. The container is preferably similar to a toothpaste tube, the balls being loaded at one end and discharged by squeezing through a capped nozzle at the other end.
