Abstract

836,263. Deformable containers. PEYRON, A. F. R. Nov. 22, 1957 [May 31, 1957; June 14, 1957], No. 36462/57. Class 66. [Also in Group XXVIII] A tube 11 for dispensing paste or cream 13 comprises a deformable body and a driving element such as a ball 21, Fig. 1, or a piston 33, Fig. 6, which may be sqeezed up the tube. The tube is of a synthetic plastic, has a base member 25 having an air vent 24. The ball 21 may be of solid cork. In a modification, Fig. 5 (not shown) the driving member is squeezed up the tube by air pressure from a rubber bulb through a connecting hose ; or the form of piston may be modified, Figs. 7 and 8 (not shown).
