Abstract

809,476. Transistor amplifier circuits. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Inc. Nov. 19, 1956, No. 35319/56. Class 40 (6). Feedback between the output and the input of an amplifier is neutralized by connecting a neutralizing circuit between a secondary of the output transformer of the amplifier and the primary of the input transformer. By this means more convenient values of the neutralizing impedances may be used. The Figure shows a grounded emitter amplifier in which the neutralizing circuit comprises a capacitor 14 and a resistor 15. It is stated that the arrangement is also applicable to transistor circuits other than those having a common emitter electrode.
