Abstract
747,695. Transistors. PHILIPS ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES, Ltd. Nov. 2, 1953 [Nov. 5, 1952], No. 30227/53. Class 37. [Also in Group XL (c)] In a cascaded amplifier, a number of transistors are formed into a single device by coalescing the collector of one and the emitter of the succeeding transistor. Input is applied between the emitter and base of the first transistor from source 3 and output taken from the collector circuit of the last transistor over load 4. The last section may include a fourzone section 14.
