Class 79(1) [Also in Group XXXIV] A tractor has a power driven winch 9 and a pivoted anchor 12, 15 rotatable about an axis 13 and mechanically coupled as by chains 18, to hydraulic lift arms 1. The lift arms 1 are actuated through arms 3, 6 by a lifting jack 5, one of the arms being adjustable in length by screw means 7. The anchor 12, 14, 15, 16 is pivoted at 13 to a girder 10 on the tractor and the chains 18 may be connected to a cross-bar 17 or to the arms 12. A hoop 22 on crossbar 17 may engage abutment 27 on the winch to hold the anchor out of grund engagement, or may engage abutment 28 on the girder 10 to limit downward movement of the anchor.
