Abstract

797,250. Container closures. RIEKE METAL PRODUCTS CORPORATION. Jan. 28, 1957, No. 2944/57. Class 125(3). In a closure arrangement for a container 10 including a flexible pouring spout with a body portion 12 nestable within the container the spout is closed by a screw cap 21 of polythene or the like having a bail 23 integrally formed with a rim portion 22 but movable to provide a finger grip for removal of the cap. The spout may be initially sealed by a rupturable diaphragm 19 and a metal tamper proof sealing member 18 covers the assembly. Specification 688,534 is referred to.
