Class 82(1) [Also in Group XXII] At least the shank 10 of a cutting tool or cutting tool holder is composed of a sintered powder composition or alloy consisting predominantly of tungsten together with nickel and copper, preferably 90 per cent tungsten, 6 per cent nickel and 4 oer cent copper. The shank may be stepped to take a carbide cutting tip 11 which is ingrally brazed or soldered thereto.
