743,961. Creel arrangements. VEB SPINNUND ZWIRNEREIMASCHINENBAU KARLMARXSTADT. Nov. 25, 1953, No. 32722/53. Class 120 (2). A creel arrangement for textile spinning machines of the kind having a double row creel for the spinning bobbins on each working side of the machine has each bobbin carrier of one row mounted with the adjoining bobbin carrier of the other row on an arm rockable about a vertical axis in such a manner that by rocking out said arm, the bobbin of the rear row can be rocked into the front row into a position at the side of the front row bobbin which at the same time moves laterally. In the arrangement shown the arm 4 which carries a front row bobbin 11 and a rear row bobbin 12 is rockably mounted on a bearing bolt 3 carried by a bracket 2 on the machine frame 1. The position of the bobbin 12 on the arm is adjustable along a slot 21 and the arm 4 is held in its end positions by ball and detent means. The paths taken by bobbins 11 and 12 when the arm is rocked about the bolt 3 are shown by lines 19 and 20 respectively in Fig. 5.
