726,718. Ingot casting-machines. MASTERS & SONS (PARK FOUNDRY) CO., Ltd., 1. April 18, 1953, No. 10655/53. Class 83 (1). An ingot casting-machine comprises an endless conveyer carrying the ingot moulds 6, each mould being mounted on an arm 7 which is pivoted to one section 5 of the chain and rests on the succeeding section of the chain. As each mould passes from the upper to the lower run it is guided by a rail 12, is then struck by a bar 13 as it swings against it and the ingot is finally released as the mould falls against the preceding mould. The moulds 6 are'dovetailed to the sections 7 to ensure easy removal. The -machine is transportable on wheels 15.
