726,055. Permanent magnet generators. PHILIPS ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES, Ltd. Jan. 6, 1953 [Jan. 9, 1952], No. 429/53. Addition to 676,167. Class 35. In a modification of the hub dynamo described in the parent Specification, the armature 2 is mounted for axial resilience on a spring plate 5 secured at its centre by a nut 10, while the magnet 1 is mounted to be axially slidable by means of a series of projections 12 padded with rubber 17 and sliding in slots 16 in the interior of the hub.
