712,923. Reservoir pens. WAGNER, E. V. Nov. 20, 1952 [Nov. 20, 1951], Nos. 27187/51. Class 146(3) , In a reservoir pen having a nose surrounding the nib except for the tip thereof, for example, in a pen as described in Specification 712,920, the feed bar b is, as shown, formed integrally with the nose a. An ink and air-exchange groove b<SP>1</SP>is provided in the feed bar which supplies a nib c. The nose a is a push fit on the spigotted end d<SP>1</SP> of a reservoir stem d screwed into a barrel e. Alternatively, the feed bar may be integral with the reservoir stem. In both constructions the nose or stem with the integral feed bar are preferably formed by injection moulding from a synthetic resin, such as polystyrene or methyl methacrylate.
