705,340. Electric motors. BELIAEFF, S. B. Feb. 27, 1952, No. 5172/52. Class 35 A toy permanent magnet motor comprises a housing H consisting of sheet metal magnetic members 12 having segmentally curved portions 14 serving as pole-pieces and end plates 18 of non-magnetic and non-conductive material. The members 12 have base portions 16 between which a magnet 28 is fitted. The end plates 18 have apertures 35' acting as bearings and also have projections 22, 24 to engage openings 26, 27 in the members 12. The armature has a disc 56 of insulating material supporting three flat sheet commutator sectors 60 against which a pair of resilient brushes 33 bear.
