704,207. Chain-wheels; securing elements to Shafts. NAVET, G. Dec. 13, 1951 [Dec. 13, 1950], No. 29181/51. Classes 80 (1) and 80 (2) A cycle chain-wheel comprises one or' more toothed rings 11, 13 secured to the hub of a crank 8 by means of an adaptor ring or disc 1. The ring or disc 1 has a central opening to pass over the crank hub and a series of holes 5 for bolts 6 securing the disc or ring to the hub. A series of holes 9 on the periphery of the ring or disc serve for securing one or more toothed rings 11, 13 by means of bolts 10. A shoulder 4 may be provided on the ring or disc to locate centrally the toothed rings.
