A loading coil assembly for use in telecommunication circuits comprises a toroidal core of powdered construction, on which are wound an even number of separate windings, the windings being connected together in pairs within the coil in parallel aiding sense. Each pair of parallel connected windings is associated with a separate line of the telecommunication circuit.
