Abstract

918,978. Transformer windings. RACAL ELECTRONICS Ltd. Sept. 16, 1959 [Sept. 23, 1958], No. 30299/58. Class 38 (2). A miniature transformer for use in a magnetic shift register comprises a toroidal core T on which has been wound a single multistranded cable C, the individual strands 1-6 being insulated from each other and forming all the primary and secondary windings of the transformer. Two or more strands may be connected in series aiding relationship. The transformer is wound manually.
