694,.397. Balins-presses. -ETABLISSEMENTS R. ROUSSEAU SOC. AR.L. Julv 16, 1951 [Aug. 11. 1950], No. 16815/51. Class 94(i). In a pick-up baling-press for hay or straw, the bottom wall 15 of the baling chamber is located at substantially the same height as the bottom wall 13 of the channel into which the hay &c. is dumped by the pick-up cylinder 2, 14, and the wall 13 is substantially tangential to the pick-up cylinder. The hay &c. is fed along the channel by pivoted fingers 6, which are moved in a closed path 7 by a crank 5, and is compressed by a piston 8 carried by a pivoted arm 9 which is actuated by a crank 12 and connecting rod 11.
