Abstract
An alloy for use in electric storage batteries has the following composition:-Ca 0.065-0.1 per cent, Ag 0.1-0.6 per cent, Pb the balance. Sn 0.3-3.0 per cent may be included in the alloy in which case the maximum Ag content is 0.2 per cent and the Ca content may go as high as 0.2 per cent.
