Class 75(iv) A signalling lamp for a motor vehicle comprises a hood 9 made of opaque material disposed on the outside of the lamp lens 6 so as to enclose a part only of the lens, the opening in the hood being free from obstruction. The hood is of frusto-conical shape and its larger end is provided with clips for engaging an outer annular part 7 and an inner central part 8 of the lamp lens.
