679,823. Revolving radial-cylinder pumps. BOULTON PAUL AIRCRAFT, Ltd., and MILLARD, D. J. May 9, 1949 [July 13, 1948], No. 18768/48. Class 102 (i) A revolving radial-cylinder pump comprises a cylinder block 19 mounted in bearings 17, 18 and pistons 21 that project from their cylinders and engage a track 34 within a sleeve 37 carried by the outer races of bearings 35, 36, the inner bearings of which are mounted within a frame 38 that is pivoted about a pin 39 and attached to a rod 41 that is loaded by a spring so that the frame is moved to vary the stroke of the pistons by the reaction of the pistons on the track acting against the spring. Suction and delivery ports 25, 26 are provided in a valve member extending into the cylinder block. Specifications 679,821 and 679,822 are referred to in the Provisional Specification.
