673,228. Delivery receptacles. HOBSON, J., COWE, W., and TOMLINSON, K. June 22, 1950 [March 2, 1950], No. 5289/50. Class 18. A device for receiving bottles of milk or other articles comprises receptacles 5, 6 pivotally mounted between vertical supports 2, 4, across which a cover 14 extends, the receptacles being so mounted that when bottles are inserted therein they swing into a vertical position under the cover. In one form the pivots for the receptacles are disposed so that when the receptacles are empty they rest in an inclined position as shown in respect of the receptacle 5 ; alternatively the receptacles may occupy a vertical position whether empty or full. Projections 5a, 6a are provided to enable the receptacle to be tilted and also to limit the inward movement of the receptacle.
