[Class 18] A device for automatically delivering articles of generally cylindrical form such as cigarettes, small liquid containers or cosmetic holders comprises a cylindrical container 1 mounted for angular movement in either direction about a horizontal axis 4 and having a discharge opening 10 carried by the movement of the container 1 from a set position against biasing means such as weights 13, 14 to a position clear of a guard 11 for delivery of an article C<SP>1</SP>. The set position may be with the discharge opening 10 above or below the axis 4, the weights 13-14 being correspondingly below or above the axis.
