Sugar - holders. - A sugar-holder for tables use, which on being tilted delivers approximately a spoonful of granulated sugar from a closed receptacle, comprises a body part 1 provided with an inclined base 4 having at its lower end an opening into a duct 5 communicating with a spout 10. A baffle 9 is provided at the lower end of the base 4 to prevent more than a spoonful of sugar being delivered at one time. A gravity lid 12 closes the end of the spout 10 and a grating 13 inside the cover 3 prevents large lumps of sugar from entering and choking the container.
