Class 136(iii) A suspension arrangement for a motorcycle rear wheel, comprises two helical springs 1 mounted substantially vertically and secured at their upper ends to eyelets 2 of sheaths A which are rigidly connected to the tubular frame T of the motor cycle and serve as covers for the springs, the lower ends of the springs being rigidly connected to a swingable fork F supporting the rear wheel. The springs 1 are connected to the arms of the fork F at a position about half-way along their length, provision being made for adjusting this position.
