Class 102 (ii) A device for containing and dispensing viscous substances such as mustard paste comprises an open ended cylindrical container 1, having a substantially dome shaped closure 2 whose annular base 3 fits over the container, and a delivery funnel 10, having a plunger end 11 in fluid tight engagement with the container passing through the closure and being loosely surrounded by a sleeve 18, loaded by a spring 21, which is caused to grip the funnel and press it into the container when downward pressure is exerted on a finger piece 16 connected to the sleeve by an arm 17. The funnel may be closed by a cap 15. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 6'68,670.
