Abstract

730,523. Drop &c. delivery closures. RENTOKIL, Ltd., EADES, E., and HICKIN, N. E. Oct. 23, 1953 [July 16, 1953], No. 19782/53. Class 125 (3). A closure device for an injector for treating wood &c. with insecticide comprises a screw cap 3 with a spout 5 and nozzle 6 and a tube 10 which is detachably engaged with the bore 11 of the spout 5. When the container 1, of polythene and compressible, is used in an inverted position the tube 10 is removed and the liquid contents can then discharge directly through the nozzle when pressure is applied to the container.
