668,455. Sewing-machines. MOUSSET, A. May 2, 1950 [May 3, 1949], No. 10812/50. Class 112. [Also in Group XXXIV] Lubricating.-The raceway 5 for the stationary bobbincase 7 of a rotary or oscillating loop-taker receives lubricant from a container 1, fixed to the loop-taker body, by centrifugal force through a passage 4, which may be provided with regulating means. A wall 10 in the container, extending over part of its circumference and inclined to the wall out of which the passage 4 opens, forces an increased amount of lubricant through the passage on starting, owing to the inertia of the fluid. The passage 4 may lead to a distribution chamber feeding several bearings instead of only to one. One wall 8 of the con-, tainer, or the whole container, is made of transparent material.
