[Also in Groups V and XIII] In the production of icecream blocks (see Group V) blocks in rows on a conveyer 9 are fed to a conveyer 18 at right angles and at a lower level by falling under gravity, by an intermediate conveyer or by an inclined guide plate 19 having a stepped lower edge so that the blocks are automatically placed in rows on the conveyer 18. From this conveyer they are transferred laterally by stationary angularly set guides 22a to a conveyer 10 leading to a wrapping machine 11.
