658,080. Circular saws. KRYZANOWSKI, M. Aug. 31, 1949, No. 22614. [Class 145(ii)] A circular saw 2 is provided with a ring of perforations 7 with which one or more driven sprocket wheels engage to drive the saw. As shown the circular saw 2 is moun- .ted in a frame or housing 4 having a removable cover 4a upon which is mounted a sprocket wheel 6 driven through a drive shaft 5, the sprocket wheel engaging with a ring of perforations 7. Idler sprocket wheels 9 may be provided on either face of the saw for engagement with the perforations 7 and for supporting the saw. A gauge 11 for the depth of cut may be adjustably secured to the housing 4.
