[Class 103 (vi)] A damping means for a railway truck bolster as described in Specification 645,717 is provided with apertured means 31, 31a on the upper sides of the bolster and wedge elements as well as apertures 26, 27 to accommodate pins to retain the springs 20 in the compressed condition for withdrawal of the bolster.
