644.361. Belt and toothed gearing. VICTORIA MACHINE TOOL CO. SELBY J., and FRYE, J. Nov. 20, 1946, No. 34404. [Class 80(i)] A pulley 1 for driving a shaft 2 is eccentrically mounted with respect to the shaft on a member 6 and geared to the shaft through an annular gear 3 and a pinion 4. The member 6 is adjustable on a fixed support 8 to vary the belt tension and secured by clamps 10 acting on a flange 9, the gear 3 and pinion 4 maintaining correct mesh.
