641,134. Suction cleaners. FAIRWEATHER, W. C. (Singer Manufacturing Co.). June 16, 1948, No. 16201. [Class 8(i)] [Also in Group XXVI) The motor-fan unit 19 is. provided with end trunnions 92 clamped between upper and lower chassis shells 12, 11 secured together by a screw 14. The lower shell carries an axle on which the front wheels 21 are mounted. The rear wheels 22 are carried by the exhaust duct 23 of the motorfan unit. A handle is secured to arms 49 on the trunnions 92. A brush 64 driven from the motor is arranged adjacent the suction mouth 41.
