660,524. Grinding attachments to vacuum cleaners. SCOTT & FETZER CO. Sept. 23, 1949 [Dec. 1, 1948], No. 24476/49. Class 60 [Also in Group XXVIII] An emery wheel housing 7 is detachably secured to the fan inlet 5 on removal of the normal suction nozzle of a cleaner of the type having a fan shaft 30 projecting through fan inlet to provide a belt receiving portion 31. The wheel 18 is mounted on a shaft 14 driven from the shaft 30 through a belt 32 and a pulley 15. A belt disengaging and supporting member 33 and a push-fit hood 20 are carried by the housing 7.
