637,766. Looms with automatic weft replenishment. BROADHEAD, J. E: April 28, 1948, No. 11580. [Class 142 (iii)'] In a loom provided with automatic weft replenishing means, the replenishment is revoked if the shuttle is incorrectly boxed. As the slay moves forward, a rod c normally passes through a hole d<SP>1</SP> in the shuttle box wall, or in the swell, and into an aligned hole in the shuttle. If the shuttle is incorrectly boxed, the rod c is moved forward and turns a rod f carrying an arm h and rod i connected to the weft replenishing mechanism and thereby renders 'that mechanism inoperative. An arm j, also mounted on the rod f, co-operates with the usual weft feeling mechanism k.
