Abstract

The composition of the hot-workable, weldable and castable alloys of the parent Specification is modified, the modified alloys containing more than 7.5 per cent, and not more than 15 per cent W, less than 2 per cent of any member of the group Nb, Ta and V, more than 25 per cent and not more than 45 per cent of Ni, the aggregate of all constituents other than iron being less than 95 per cent.
