[Classes 44 and 109] [Also in Group XXXI] A device for securing parcels on to the carrier or framework of cycles, motor cycles, and like vehicles comprises a strap fitted at each end with an anchoring member adapted to be secured either to the projecting end of a wheel axle or alternatively about one of the frame members. As shown, the strap is in the form of two lengths of strip rubber 1 or other suitable material. The ends of each strip 1 are threaded through slots 2 which may be oblong,' round or square, formed in the upper ends of the anchoring members 3. Each member 3 comprises a depending portion 4 formed with an opening 5 of sufficient diameter to engage about the rear wheel axle. The lower end of each anchoring member is formed with a hooked portion 10 to engage about a tubular frame member.
