628,778. Ridge roof ventilators. McMASTER, D. Oct. 14, 1947, No. 27513. [Class 137] A roof ventilator for poultry houses and the like, particularly for the roof of a brooder comprises a walled enclosure open at the bottom to register with an opening in the roof and a cap member straddling the enclosure to form vent passages. Short side walls 3 of the enclosure, set upon bearers 2 and joined by end walls 6 have apertures 5 or slots 4. The cap member 7 is of sheet metal and is spaced at the sides 8 from the walls 3 to form vent passages.
