[Class 37] [Also in Group XXVI] A rectifier assembly comprises a stack of dry contact rectifiers arranged in an insulating tube 1 having a blind screw fastening device 4 known by the Registered Trade Mark " Rivnut," over the shank of which is a sleeve 5 of resilient material, the device 4 being inserted in the tube 1 and " upset " at 7 and 8 to form a seal. The blind end 3 of the device 4 contacts the rectifier stack, and a terminal may be screwed into the device 4. A metal ferrule 2 may enclose the end of the tube 1.
