[Class 44] A device, e.g for attaching a pump to a bicycle frame, comprises a band 11 surrounding a part 12 of the frame being secured by a nut and bolt 13 which is masked in the locked position b) the jaws 15, 16 embracing the pump 17. In the form of Fig. 2, the jaws are hinged to the band by wire loops 14 engaging in the recesses 11a of the band and circular loops 15a, 16a of the jaws. One jaw 15 carries an apertured hasp passing through a slot in the other jaw to receive a padlock. In another form, Fig. 4, the jaws have transverse projections 15a, 16a engaging loops 11a in the band. One jaw carries a nut 19 for engagement by a screwed hasp 18 passing through a slot in the other jaw.
