Abstract

610,683. Plant pots. CALDECOT PRESS, Ltd., and RUSSON, W. C. April 15, 1946, No. 11469. [Class 6(ii)] [Also in Group XVII] A flower pot in the form on a right cylinder or frustum of a cone has a flap or flaps adapted to fold inwardly forming a fluted base with upstanding ribs and a drainage hole. The flower pot has a side extension 2 which overlaps the opposite edge 1d of the body on folding and is secured to it. The base flap 3 is scored giving panels 8 having between them folds 9 which form ribs. The edge of the flap 3 is cut to leave a drainage hole 10 in the base of the carton and may be scalloped to provide ribs 9 with an upper edge parallel to the base.
