[Classes 40 (v) and 40 (vi)] A resonant circuit for coupling two points with stray impedances 23, 26 to ground comprises an inductance 21 shunted by a tuning capacitance and with a centre-tap which is connected to a point of zero A.C. potential. This arrangement places the stray capacities 23, 26 across the tuned circuit in series with each other; and so minimizes their effect. As an inter-valve coupling, it also permits of neutralization of the valve 20 by the connection of a condenser between the two anodes 19, 20, Fig. 7 (not shown). The balance of the circuit to ground is adjusted by means of a condenser 60 in parallel with the capacity 23 or the capacity 26. Specification 456,002 is referred to.
