Abstract
603,025. Scrapers for the rollers of dough-moulding machines. JOB, E. Nov. 16, 1945, No. 30784. [Class 87(ii)] A scraper 1 for removing surplus s dough from a roller 2 forming one of a pair of sheeting rolls is detachably pivoted on the frame of the machine by two hooked arms 6 and held against the roller by springs 11. The roller may be adapted to pass dough fed into a hopper on to a travelling band. A tray may be positioned below the scraper to catch the scrap dough.
