Sheet-cutting machines.-The reticulated sheet 5 of scrap dough from a biscuit &c. cutting- machine is delivered by a. conveyer 6 to a fastermoving conveyer 11 leading back to the hopper whereby the scrap is broken up. The conveyer 6 passes around rollers 7, 8, 9 and the dough is stripped from the roller 8 by a knife 10.
