Abstract

602,838. Pressure gauges. DENISOFF, A. C. Nov. 13, 1945, No. 30280. [Class 106 (ii)] A pressure indicator comprises a beam 11 fulcrumed on a knife edge 12 and a metal bellows 20 sealed by a disc 21 from the centre of which extends a rod 22 whose other end engages the beam 11 at a point 24. To a flange 27 of a back plate 14 is secured one end of a compression spring 28. The other end of the spring engages a conical seating in the beam 11 nearer its free end than the seating for the bellows. Movement of the beam 11 about its fulcrum is indicated by a pointer carried by a spindle 32 connected through a quadrant 35 and arm 36 connected to the beam 11 by a link 37.
