[Class 142 (ii)] Apparatus for dyeing warp threads comprises a dye container b having a roller c mounted therein, the warp threads passing under the latter and then over a thermostatically-controlled electrically-heated bar h, the dye in the container b being kept at the level of an overflow pipe e by means of a pump g and a pipe d fixed in or adjacent to a heated dye vat f. In a modification, the roller is replaced by a number of rollers attached to the ends of arms fixed to a horizontal bar.
