Abstract

570,673. Panelling. BANKS, T. J. Aug. 30. 1943, No. 14128. [Class 20 (iv)] Panels are made from a filler of cork, rubber, plastic, wood, &c., to which is secured by adhesive 3, a sheet preferably of aluminium or aluminium alloy 4 provided with a beaded edge 5 extending beyond the edge of the filler to cover the joint with an adjacent panel. The metal sheet may be provided on each surface and both sheets may be beaded the edge of an adjoining panel being located between the beads. The sheets may be secured by the thermo-plastic compound known under the Registered Trade Mark, " Redux."
