568,774. Plug cocks. SNELLING, A. F. Oct. 5, 1943, No. 16330. [Class 135] The coupling union 11 between a supply pipe 1 and the body of a plug cock carries, or is formed with, a collar 8 with a projecting pin 9 which acts as a stop limiting the angular movement of the operating handle 5. The pin 9 is preferably triangular in shape to allow the handle to move through 90 degrees approximately. The plug carries an additional stop device comprising a washer 6 with a projection to engage a lug 7 on the body.
