568,362. Printing-machines. MILLER PRINTING MACHINERY CO. Aug. 1, 1941, No. 10248/43. Convention date, Aug. 3, 1940. Divided out of 568,346. Drawings to Specification. [Class 100 (ii)] Inking-apparatus.-The messenger roller is actuated by an oscillatable member connected to a second oscillatable member by a connection capable of being rendered inoperative, the ductor roller being positioned out of contact with both rollers between which it operates when the connection is rendered inoperative. Two messenger rollers acting alternately may be provided and arranged so that when the impression roller of the machine is tripped, both rollers are held out of contact with their co-operating rollers. The construction described is identical with that described in Specification 568,346.
