[Class 12 (i)] [Also in Group XXVI] The pump shaft 6 of a centrifugal pump is spigotted to the drive shaft 109, which has a ball bearing 110 giving radial support, and a bearing 112 giving radial and axial support. The bearing 112 is easily adjustable by turnscrews threaded through the annulus 115 and bearing at their ends on the top of the bracket 5. Specification 511,878, [Group XXVI], is referred to.
