535,513. Cooling cylinders. PORSCHE, F. April 2, 1940, No. 5934. Convention date, Jan.5,1939. [Class 7 (ii)] In engines having a number of cylinders or rows of cylinders cooled by air supplied by a centrifugal blower co-axial with the crank shaft, the air is divided into two portions by a partition 7, one part A being reversed and directed into the casing 8 of one cylinder 1, while the other part B passes on in substantially the original direction to the casing 9 of the other cylinder 2. The casting 6 forming the air conduits is made separate from the casings 8, 9.
