[Class 136 (iii)] A device for adjusting the driving chains of bicycles &c. comprises two flat plates A which are apertured to fit over the ends of the wheel axle F and are provided with a series of holes C at different distances from the axle, any one of which holes may be brought into register with a tapped hole G in the corresponding fork end D to adjust the position of the axle F in the slots E, the parts being fixed in the required position by a screw stud H screwed into each hole G.
